Shipping policy
Shipping and Processing Times
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 5-9 business days for processing before your order is shipped. If you need your order sooner, please use our Rush Shipping service located here. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days when purchasing this service.
Domestic and International Orders
illuminatedbymia uses the United States Postal Service to ship out all orders. All orders use USPS calculated rates.
For domestic orders, this includes Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $35 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
For international orders, this includes First Class Package International, Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International.
Delivery times are shown at checkout in accordance with the shipping method chosen. The delivery times do not include the day of shipping.
International Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these fees, as they vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimated in business days and are not guaranteed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once the package is dropped off to the carrier, delivery times are out of our control and in the hands of the carrier. If your tracking information is marked "Delivered" and you still have not received your item, we recommend waiting 48 hours as some shipments are marked "Delivered" ahead of time. We also recommend checking with neighbors for your package. If you still have not received your package after the 48 hour period, please contact your local post office with your tracking information. If the item gets lost in transit, a missing mail claim should be filed with the carrier.
The shipping address inputed at checkout must be a valid address. If we are unable to verify the address, there may be a delay in shipping.
illuminatedbymia is not held responsible for:
- Stolen packages after delivery
- Wrong addresses inputed at checkout. If your package gets returned to us due to insufficient address, you are responsible for paying the reshipment invoice within 120 days. After 120 days, returned packages will be discarded and the refund window is closed.
- Damaged items caused by shipping carrier
