Return and Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The return process must be initiated by the customer, and the product must be unopened and untouched. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please be aware that the refund will not include the shipping cost. Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded. It may take between 5-10 business days to receive your refund, due to shipping processing times and your bank to process the transaction.

- Order number
- Name of product(s) you would like to return
- Reason for return
- Photo(s) of the product
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The customer must arrange and pay for shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Lost or Stolen Items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once the package has been shipped. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance or file a claim with them.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, with photos, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Every order is carefully packaged by our team and the shipping carrier is responsible for merchandise during transit.
Order Cancellation
We can only guarantee order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@illuminatedbymia.com if you need to cancel your order. We can offer a full refund only if your order has not been shipped yet. If your order has already been processed for shipment, we will not be able to cancel your order or issue a refund, as well as the shipping cost.
