Because of their gel-like texture, these gel wax melts allow you to experience fragrance without the mess by peeling right off your warmer.

How do you use gel wax melts?

Simply break off a gel wax melt cube and place it in a wax warmer. We highly recommend using tealight warmers for the strongest scent throw. You can add more cubes depending on the desired level of strength for your space. Turn on the warmer, and let the fragrance slowly release into your space as the wax melts. Do not touch the gel wax while the warmer is in use. You can reuse the wax melt over and over again until the scent is gone!

What wax warmers are compatible with gel wax melts?

Our wax melts are compatible with electric, bulb, and tealight warmers. **We recommend using a tealight warmer for the strongest possible scent throw. Don't have a tealight warmer? Check out our tealight warmers here.

Always remember to place your warmer on a flat, heat-resistant surface and keep it out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a wax warmer unattended.

What are the ingredients?

Our gel wax melts are artisan made and formulated with the highest quality gel wax and fragrance oils available on the market. We use fragrance oils that are approved by the IFRA to safely use in your home. We formulate our gel wax with premium grade fragrance oils that are specifically formulated for gel wax. Our fragrance oils used in our wax melts are also phthalate free, cruelty free, and paraben free.

What is the burn time?

Gel wax has a higher density than traditional candle waxes, resulting in a longer burn time and higher fragrance load. Due to its higher density, 1 wax cube can be reused up to 4 times, with a 4 hour burn time each session. That's a 16 hour burn time per cube! Our gel melts are made with the highest quality fragrance oils, resulting in a strong and lasting fragrance. 1 pack of illuminatedbymia gel wax melts typically has a 96 hour total burn time, so you are getting a great value for every pack of wax melts you purchase.

How do you clean up gel wax melts?

Our wax melts are designed to be mess free and convenient with an easy peel-off clean up! To remove wax melt from warmer, turn off wax warmer and let wax cool completely. Peel off wax melt from tray. You can store the wax in the plastic clamshell they came in for future use. If the scent is gone, you can dispose of the gel wax in the trash. Do not discard the wax in the sink or down the drain.

What is the shelf life?

The shelf life of our gel wax melts is 12 months (1 year). It is recommended to store our gel wax melts in a cool and dark area when not in use.
